3. Payments & Billing

• All prices are agreed upon before services begin and stated in USD ($).

• Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal, plan, or invoice.

• Services may pause if payments are delayed.

• For recurring services (such as monthly plans, team programs, or ongoing representation), you’ll be billed in advance as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

• Once you’ve paid in full, the final deliverables (such as athlete portfolios, marketing materials, or content created for you) are yours.

• Any tools, platforms, or licensed software we use may remain under third-party licenses.

• Our pre-existing materials, frameworks, and know-how remain our property.

5. Limitations of Liability

We work hard to deliver quality results, but:

• We cannot guarantee outcomes such as college placements, scholarships, or sponsorships, as these depend on third parties (e.g., coaches, recruiters, brands).

• We are not liable for loss of profit, business, or opportunities caused by external factors such as third-party platforms, service outages, or changes in recruiting/marketing regulations (e.g., NCAA rules).

• Our liability is limited to the total amount you’ve paid us for the service in question.

6. Changes to Services

We may update our services, pricing, or terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post updates here and, when relevant, notify you directly.

7. Cancelling a Service or Plan

If you wish to cancel:

• Work or services already delivered must be paid for in full.

• Deposits or plan payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• If we cancel, we’ll refund any payments for work not yet delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled by Florida courts.
